The bold horizontal signatures of this project – the angled roofline above a full-width balcony with its stone parapet – create the appearance of a single luxury residence rather than attached dwellings. The strong European (Mediterranean) influence is seen in the use of multi-coloured stone, white rendered walls, brick and strained timber. Whilst the parapet provides a definite visual divide between the upper and lower levels a surprise awaits every guest with the interiors featuring towering double-height ceilings and an abundance of space.
